I just can't say enough good things about this hospice company! Fairmont was recommended by our oncologist for my father in law who has terminal cancer. We interviewed 3 additional companies, and decided to go with Fairmont because of how they talked about their clients and the experience of their staff. Fairmont made certain that we understood the benefits available to the family, and has kept us apprised of my father in law's condition - even when it hasn't changed. Everyone there is amazing, responsive, work very well with our assisted living facility, and they take the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Unexpectedly we had to engage hospice services for my mother in law after a massive stroke, and Fairmont facilitated everything with the hospital including transport back to assisted living with bedside care until she passed away 8 days later. Fairmont definitely made this time so much easier with their great care and compassion from every single team member on our detail. No matter what time of day or night we had to call in times of emergency Fairmont was always picking up the phone and highly responsive. I would happily recommend Fairmont to anyone in need of a hospice company to take excellent care of their loved one!
I would highly recommend Fairmont hospice as they are an amazing group. Debera my dad‘s nurse is amazing. She took amazing care of my dad. This was such a difficult time and she made the situation a lot easier. She was there anytime we needed her and I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you find yourself in need for their services definitely ask for Debera the nurse. She is awesome and has a heart bigger than Texas.
I would like to thank the team from Fairmont Hospice that took such great care of my mother the last month of her life. Ingrid started the care on the first day Mom went into home hospice care. Debra was the main nurse who took care of Mom. She was very attentive and informative as to Mom's health every single day. Mom was always looking forward to seeing Debra and trusted her completely. Debra has the best knowledge and bed side manner I have ever encountered. I could go on forever of how appreciative our family is with Debra. Mom also looked forward to seeing Tia, the CNE who came and helped her shower, wash her hair and change her bed. Tia was like one of my three daughters that would take the time to make Mom feel comfortable by talking to her and really concerned with her health and hygiene. There has not been a day since Mom passed, 12-30-2017, that I have not bragged on the service our family received from Fairmont Hospice. I highly recommend Fairmont Hospice. 10 out of 10. Debra and Tia for sure get 10's
We could not have asked for a better experience in the course of my mother's passing. Fairmont Hospice's nurse, Lehia, was extraordinarily compassionate, knowledgeable, informative, available, and supportive. The community liaison, Teion, was responsive, compassionate, and helpful, as was administrator Oniel. They answered our questions and made the extra effort to make a difficult experience manageable. I offer an unqualified endorsement of Fairmont Hospice and these individuals based on my personal experience.
Great group of people. All very caring and helpful. Everything I've requested for the care of my mother has been done with caring professionalism in a very timely manner. Very responsive and have handled her with loving care.
Fairmont Hospice provided exceptional care towards my mother during the last 5 months of her life. Their care team is made up of phenomenal RNs, LVNs, CNAs, and internal staff. Liah the RN, was extremely attentive towards my mother whenever she made her weekly visits, she took the time to provide detailed updates to my family, and provided all around compassionate care. Ira the CNA, was very friendly toward my mother and my mother always looked forward to her visits. Lastly, Patience the LVN who was with my mother during the last few hours of her life, did an exceptional job. Patience was very compassionate, answered all of the millions of questions that my family and I had, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My family and I would like to thank the entire Fairmont team. From their business development to their field staff, they are probably the best in the industry. Thank you
